In August 2016, a new I-9 form was approved, which has been made available on November 14. Organizations with employees in the US will need to ensure that employees hired after January 22, 2017 complete this new form, and not an older version, in order to avoid harsh fines.
On this webinar, we’re hosting corporate immigration and I-9 compliance expert, Eric Bord (Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP), to explain everything you need to know about the new I-9 Form.
You'll hear about:
- The differences between the new I-9 form and the current I-9 form
- How regulations surrounding the new I-9 form are changing
- How to manage these changes and ensure compliance
Duration: 55 minutes
