is the vice president of HR transformation and HRIS at Avis Budget Group. She has more than 20 years of HR experience with a primary focus on the generalist world, supporting various parts of the business, both domestic and international. Four years ago, she moved out of the generalist space to start what is now the HR transformation function at Avis Budget Group, which included rebuilding the HRIS team. The four-year journey has involved re-imaging all aspects of the HR function including systems, technology, processes and the operating model.
