He's been writing about HR related issues for over a decade. William serves on the Board of Advisors / Board of Directors for 15 HR technology startups. William is a graduate of the University of Alabama of Birmingham with a BA in Art History. He also earned an MA in American Indian Studies from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Lisa Nelson currently serves as SVP of HR for Match Group, where she is responsible for leading talent, culture and all things related to people. Lisa previously served as the Senior Director of HR for IAC; prior to that, she served as the Chief Talent Officer of the Arnell Group, a subsidiary of Omnicom - a leading global advertising and marketing communications network. Lisa has also led recruiting teams for search firms based in London and New York, including Robert Walters and Michael Page International. Lisa earned her B.A. from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
