Efficiencies, Effectiveness, Experience: HR Service Operations Automation Landscape

Webinar with Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Digital HR, at its simplest, means eliminating paper forms and publications and moving to electronic documents and online information exchange on par with consumer online experiences. With this shift can come benefits beyond just the modern conveniences of having HR policies and processes online, automated, and accessible by many devices. The demonstrated advantages include creating and tracking appropriate information more efficiently; gaining additional data about the use, clarity, and relevance of that information and the systems that may produce it; and generating statistics on the effectiveness of overall HR operations in responding to employee inquiries and issues.

In this webinar, Christa Degnan Manning, Vice President, Solution Provider Research, Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP, will share recent research to provide:

  • An overview of the types of solutions available to help in automating HR service operations and improve employee self-service and employee engagement
  • Guidance on the categories of providers offering these solutions, including pros and cons of their business models and approaches to HR service operations
  • Information on the key capabilities which differentiate solution providers and essential questions that organizations considering implementing HR service operations solutions should ask themselves and potential providers as they seek to select and implement HR operations solutions in the marketplace today.
