Christa Degnan Manning
Vice President, Solution Provider Research, Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP
Christa Manning leads technology and service provider research for Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP. In this role, she helps businesses align their workforce support strategies with the right third-party software and service partners and governance models to deliver functional capabilities and employee experiences that support productivity, engagement, and workforce efficiency. She also helps solution providers map their capabilities and go-to-market activities with solution buyers' and users' critical needs. Prior to joining Bersin by Deloitte, Christa served as an independent market research practitioner following five years' leading market research and applied business intelligence consulting for American Express Global Business Travel. She also led spend management technology research at the Aberdeen Group and human capital management software and systems implementation research at AMR Research (acquired by Gartner Group). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Barnard College, Columbia University, incorporating studies at University College, University of London, and a Master of Arts degree in English from the University of Massachusetts. She has also completed executive coursework on business metrics at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
