This March was all about giving you a better user experience. In this post, we’ll explore how you can take advantage of one of our newest enhancements.

A Better Formbuilder

With the March release, we’re excited to unveil our new Formbuilder, available in our Case Management and Process Automation products. While our customers have loved how easy it is to create and edit forms, we also heard from you that additional capabilities would make it even better - for example, conditional fields.

The new Formbuilder will enable us to build these critical features for you in the future. From a technical standpoint, it is more flexible than our original version. Now that the new Formbuilder is in place, we can begin to build these requested features, which will be released over the coming months. And in the meantime, you can enjoy the new Formbuilder, which provides an even better user experience than the previous version.

With the new Formbuilder:

  • Create a field validation rule to minimize data entry errors
  • Preview a form before publishing
  • Track your progress with a progress bar

Of course, you’ll still enjoy the ease of drag-and-drop fields, and you’ll have full control over who can view and who can edit each form.

Excited to use the new Formbuilder? Your Customer Success Manager will be in touch to discuss migrating your existing forms.
