Lisa Nelson currently serves as SVP of HR for Match Group, where she is responsible for leading talent, culture and all things related to people. Lisa previously served as the Senior Director of HR for IAC; prior to that, she served as the Chief Talent Officer of the Arnell Group, a subsidiary of Omnicom - a leading global advertising and marketing communications network. Lisa has also led recruiting teams for search firms based in London and New York, including Robert Walters and Michael Page International. Lisa earned her B.A. from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Adriana Bokel Herde is the Vice President of People Services, a newly created function within the HR organization at Biogen. She is responsible for delivering outstanding human resources services for candidates, employees, managers, and executives. Previously, Adriana worked at Biogen’s EU headquarters in Switzerland as Head of Human Resources for Europe and Canada. Her role grew to include overseeing the integration of the HR Shared Service organization. She then moved to the U.S. to lead the HR organization supporting Corporate Functions until she moved to the People Services role. She has a Master in Psychology and an MBA. She lives in Boston with her husband, 2 daughters, a dog and 2 cats.

Nicole Lindenbaum is the Director of Product Marketing at PeopleDoc. She writes and speaks about HR service delivery, HR technology, digital transformation, and the future of work. With significant experience in enterprise software, Nicole has worked in both HR technology and document management software. 

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.
