NEW YORK – September 30, 2015 -- PeopleDoc, the leading provider of cloud-based human resources (HR) service delivery solutions, today announced that it has received $28 million in Series C funding led by Eurazeo, one of the leading investment companies in Europe.
PeopleDoc’s existing investors -- Accel Partners, Alven Capital and Kernel Investissements -- also participated in the round. PeopleDoc has raised a total of $53.5 million to date.

PeopleDoc’s cloud-based technology, which automates all stages of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, has helped more than 400 customers derive more value by transforming their HR service delivery. The company has grown by 100 percent over the past year, and its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform is poised for continued growth as market demand increases. The Sierra-Cedar 2014-2015 HR Systems Survey projects continued growth for Human Resources Management System (HRMS) applications over the next three years, including increases for business process improvement (over 64 percent) and service delivery (over 40 percent).
