I am proud to announce that PeopleDoc has joined the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) as a Solution Provider member. The CSA is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to defining and raising awareness of best practices to help ensure a secure cloud computing environment. Committed to cloud security, PeopleDoc recently received ISO 27001:2013 certification and released a SOC 2 report. Joining the CSA is another step in our commitment to ensuring our customers’ sensitive HR data stays secure. (To learn about some of our other security initiatives, click here.)
Joining the CSA in an important step in our security journey that will yield significant benefits for our customers.
Cloud Security Innovation.
The leadership role CSA has in advocating for cloud security aligns with PeopleDoc’s mission to be at the forefront of information security for the HR cloud service. We look forward to collaborating with others in the industry to drive innovation around cloud security for effectively safeguarding our customers’ data and increasing cloud services adoption.
Taking Care of Our Customers.
For our customers, security is a major consideration for cloud services adoption. By working with the CSA, we will be able to share our customer’s needs and ensure that they are taken into account in cloud security best practices across the CSA community.
Expanding Our Security Footprint.
By expanding our footprint within the cloud security community, we will be able to take advantage of leading-edge best practices. We will be at the forefront for cloud security, which we will be able to use to our advantage to better support our customers.
At the Forefront of Security.
In this community, we will interact with other CSA members to investigate new security threats, solutions and technologies - ensuring that our information security management system and overall security measures are in line with new security trends and protect us from new threats.
PeopleDoc will also join the Cloud Security Alliance Security, Trust and Assurance Registry (STAR) to provide security assurance of its cloud services. This will help our users understand and assess the security of our platform.
We are really excited for this new venture, and I look forward to sharing more with you about PeopleDoc security initiatives, as well as general cloud security best practices and trends.
